Distributed Energy System (DES), a comprehensive energy utilization system distributed on user side, has been recognized as promising method that can improve efficiency, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and achieve sustainable development. However, the DES is usually driven by various sources, it complex issue to decide composition of system. To incompleteness single subjective or objective assessment. So, urgent find efficient decision-making for different systems. This paper states total 23 indicators in 4 criterion group: technology, economy, environment, society. Based combination order relation analysis (G1) anti-entropy weighting (a-EWM), evaluation model, relation-anti-entropy weight model (G1-aEWM), established. used analyze hospital Henan final solution hospital.
